Welcome to AHCC The path to homeownership can be difficult and confusing, especially when you are buying your very first home. The Arizona Housing Counseling Collaborative (AHCC) is a statewide association of housing advocates who can help you achieve your dream of homeownership. Our network spans the state with grants, down payment and closing cost assistance, affordable homes for sale, counseling and emergency resources, classes and other referrals to help homebuyers investigate sustainable homeownership opportunities throughout Arizona. Follow the links at the left to find an agency near you. Whether you live in Buckeye or Phoenix, Wickenburg or Page - and even if you are of modest means - there are organizations throughout Arizona to assist you.
