Title	IDA Matched Savings Program
Description	Enroll in Newtown’s Individual Development Account (IDA) Program and save toward the purchase of a home. We will match what you save - 3 to 1 - up to $15,000 (for example, save $5,000 and earn $15,000 in IDA matching funds). To be eligible, participants must earn less than 80% of Area Median Income based on household size.

Title	Community Land Trust
Description	Newtown's Community Land Trust (CLT) program provides access to homeownership for those who are otherwise priced out of the real estate market. The CLT program benefits both homebuyers and the community: 1. CLT homes are affordable for first time homebuyers and remain affordable for future buyers. 2. CLT homeowners have an opportunity to build wealth through homeownership and are able to realize a respectable return on their investment when they sell their home. 3. Community/neighborhood stability is enhanced because homeownership is expanded and owner-occupancy is protected. 4. The community's investment is protected by provisions in the CLT ground lease that ensure the initial subsidies are retained and remain in the properties. Description	Newtown assits participants in using the City of Tempe Community Assisted Mortgage Program (CAMP). The CAMP program is a separate program from Newtown, but we work closely to layer the City funds (up to $35,000) with other programs that participants might be eligible for with Newtown.
